I used GGP Law for the first time in the sale of a property. Due to the current market and some issues with the property, the sale fell through on two occasions but finally sold in March 2024. The patience and service I received from Tom Davies at GGP was second to none, I have worked with conveyancers in the past constantly chasing them with calls and emails to do the simplest of tasks, I never had to chase Tom once. He was continually updating me and was ahead of the game on every step of the process. I wouldn’t use anyone else moving forward.

We have engaged with GGP Law in relation to both purchases and sales of properties and have to say they are very thorough, professional and caring. They always communicate with progress and take care to ensure all aspects of the purchase/sale are addressed ensuring you are aware of any issues that may arise and ensure you also understand what is happening.
Also most importantly they are approachable with any questions you may have which does mean a lot as they do have the time for you.
