Review of GGP Law

We sold our house and used GGP as conveyancers. The sale fell through 5 times due to different buyers and different reasons. I know that the information used in each sales pack is reusable with minimal changes between buyers, just the main sheet needs to be changed. The sales that fell through werew through no fault of ours yet GGP charged us £500 for each failed sale. Given that the work for the sales pack was already done, I found that price to be extortionate.
There was no continuity between people. When the person we dealt with went on holidays, nothing was done to further the sale. I was contacted via Estate agents asking about searches etc and nodoy at GGP had sent the buyers the information. We had to contact GGP and ask them to send on required information as nobody was chwcking inbox of people on leave.

Tom Davies was fantastic as my conveyancing solicitor.

Tom was briliant. I had to take a shot in the dark chosing a firm in Merthyr, as I am not originally from this area, and I chose the best! I would highly recommend Tom and GGP Law. We had some challenging moments in the process, but not one delay was down to Tom or GGP. Poor communication, no explanation why the sale took so long ,approximately 10 months ! Not kept informed about financial problems with the prospective purchaser, had we been informed of these issues we would have not proceeded with the sale.
