    My representative was amazing throughout my entire situation, possibly the worst four moths of my life with a lot of uncertainty Lavinia was absolutely amazing. Very patient and informative and at times where my anxiety was skyrocketing she was able to reassure me that the process was normal and that they were in control. I cannot thank Lavinia, Josie, Clair and the staff at JNP Legal in Merthyr Tydfil enough. should anyone reading this find themselves in the unfortunate situation requiring legal representation, I would definitely recommend this firm. Thank you all again. (just for awareness I did not give 5 stars for the simple reason I believe everything in life can be made better, if I did not have this personal view I would give 5 stars all day)

      I went to JNP legal about a defamation case. I paid £600 before they would even see me. I seen Rebecca. We had a meeting that lasted about 30 minutes, she gave me a freedom of information request form to fill in. Had a reply from the police it was 95% redacted. Totally unacceptable. Took it to the solicitor office where they photocopied it. It took 2 weeks for Rebecca to phone me. 10 minutes phone call just t say she can’t do anything. What a waste of £600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
