Empathetic, kind and professional. Highly recommended
After a harrowing experience with a skin clinic that burned my skin with a laser, I must have contacted every solicitor specialising in that field in the UK, and the only one that genuinely stood out is Saracens Solicitors thanks to Minal Popat and her colleague Amani. Every other solicitor and firm I spoke to involved dealing with a litany of different team members and not really getting any clarity on the case, where it could go, or feeling like I'm speaking to a human, instead of a corporate machine... only to be given generic emails after sending hundreds of documents. Minal and Amani were the only people I spoke to who not only felt like experts, but human beings; they were incredibly empathetic about the accident and trauma I had been through. They took the time to explain the legal aspects, and genuinely wanted to help me, whether it was going through them or not. Unlike other solicitors and firms I contacted, Minal and Amani spoke to me about me, rather than just the potential claim. Being in contact with these two was one of the only good things to come out of such a traumatising event. I would highly recommend speaking to them, it's one thing I did not regret.
