After struggling to cope with dealing with an inheritance, we requested help from Garner&Hancock. The overall management of our needs was handled by Jakub Kotan. This involved deaing with properties in three countries (sale, conveyancing, etc.), dealing with the authorities abroad, bringing in colleagues where necessary to help with taxes, our own will writing and power of attorney requirements. Under Jakub's guidance, we had contact with a number of his colleagues and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following people for their help: Matthew Goddard, Gurdev Mann, Tiana Stewart, Komal Soni, Kiran Walia, Nigel George, Natalie Meehan, Imogen Cotter, Chloe Melling, Charne Rossouw and Massimo Cairo - my sincere apologies to anyone I may have missed. My wife and I have been dealing with Garner and Hancock for a few years now, well before and long after the death of an elderly cousin of mine in London. We had extensive interactions with the firm in person during visits to my cousin in London from our home in Melbourne. I instructed Garner & Hancock Siolicitors to handle the Probate and tax matters relating to my late brother's Estate. I was introduced to Massimo Cairo, Trusts and Estates Executive, who l found to be polite and courteous, very professional and knowledgeable . Arrogant, poor advice, slow and expensive. This firm should be avoided. It’s odd that you say you have no record of me as a client. You took over £20k in fees from my Mother’s estate. Your statement is untrue.
