I have recently gone through the process of buying my first flat, and have just recently completed. As someone who has not gone through this process before it was very daunting, however James and Shamilah were so informative, communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. At no point was I left with any unanswered questions or queries on next steps. The whole process was managed by them very smoothly and I am so happy with the outcome.
