All was well until James Piniger came on the scene, three months for a cash request. When he left Karen Grimm came on the scene instant improvement , shame she left, her replacements seem to be doing well at the moment.

Child and Family Law


I had a serious case where a fact finding hearing would have been essential, Julie Gallimore advised for 3 years and did nothing. Now picking up the pieces with Seddons who are appalled at how bad this was handled by both courts and Social Services. Don't go anywhere near this company, this solicitor knew nothing.

    Peter is a partner specialising in family law. He is Head of the Family Department in Richmond and Staines. Dedicated to providing clear and concise advice in often sensitive situations, Peter’s focus is on helping individuals dealing with often difficult and complex divorce, issues with children and financial disputes; he has particular experience in dealing with high net value cases.     Samantha is a Chartered Legal Executive and specialises in all types of residential property work, specifically in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including buy to let, new build and auction property.     Julie is a partner based in our Tadley office and is a highly experienced family law specialist.     Helen is based in our Tadley office and is head of the firm's Private Client Department. As a Chartered Legal Executive and Member of the Society or Trust and Estate Practitioners (also known as STEP)), Helen has many years' experience of handling a wide range of private client matters, often in difficult and sensitive situations. Nicola graduated with a law degree in 1996 and then went to the College of Law in Guildford to complete the Legal Practice Course.     Jasbinder is a partner and head of the family department, based in our Reading office. Jasbinder deals solely in childcare law, which is work involving care proceedings, adoption and other highly sensitive cases in which Social Services are involved.
