All was well until James Piniger came on the scene, three months for a cash request. When he left Karen Grimm came on the scene instant improvement , shame she left, her replacements seem to be doing well at the moment.

Child and Family Law

I had a serious case where a fact finding hearing would have been essential, Julie Gallimore advised for 3 years and did nothing. Now picking up the pieces with Seddons who are appalled at how bad this was handled by both courts and Social Services. Don't go anywhere near this company, this solicitor knew nothing.

    Nick qualified as a solicitor after gaining experience in th engineering and commercial fields, having originally qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Metallurgy and Materials Technology. He obtained his LLB (Hons) in law at the University of Hertfordshire in 1995 on a 2 year 'accelerated' course. He is an experienced property lawyer, focussing on Commercial Property as well as Company transactions and business transfers.     Jane is a solicitor based in the Tadley office, specialising in residential conveyancing matters. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2000, Jane is highly experienced in all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases including buy to let and newly built properties.     Helen is based in our Tadley office and is head of the firm's Private Client Department. As a Chartered Legal Executive and Member of the Society or Trust and Estate Practitioners (also known as STEP)), Helen has many years' experience of handling a wide range of private client matters, often in difficult and sensitive situations. Drawing on her considerable expertise in advising clients on will drafting, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, administration of estates and matters concerning future planning, Helen is committed to delivering a high level of service to all her clients.     Neil is our senior partner based mainly in our Tadley office, and is a specialist property and commercial lawyer. He has dealt with property work throughout his career and has extensive experience of commercial, property and business matters including property development, business acquisitions/sales, leases, options, overage and property investment. Neil has also specialised in the more complex aspects of residential conveyancing. He is an advocate of “plain English” language and communication.   • Jasbinder Dail

    Jasbinder is a partner and head of the family department, based in our Reading office. Jasbinder deals solely in childcare law, which is work involving care proceedings, adoption and other highly sensitive cases in which Social Services are involved. She is dedicated to providing her clients with an expert level of care and represents both parents and children’s guardians in cases around the Thames Valley and beyond. Such is her expertise, that she is involved in cases throughout the country.     Having obtained a BA Hons History degree at Royal Holloway and Bedford New College of London University, completing her conversion course at Oxford Brookes and her LPC at Bristol University, Anna qualified as a solicitor in 1998.   • Liam Connolly

    Liam works as a dedicated dispute resolution solicitor within our Reading office. He has considerable experience of practice in a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, civil litigation and employment law. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2009, Liam joined Rowberry Morris in December 2012. Experienced in acting for both companies and individuals in both complex matters with a high financial value and technical bias, and also straightforward contractual claims.
