Michelle listened attentively in a pre meet to ascertain my wishes for a new Will. I was impressed how carefully she listened to what I wanted and my objectives during this initial meeting. She then suggested various routes for my requirements and explained them all fully in detail. This resulted in a new draft Will being drawn up within a short space of time as I had wanted but with added suggestions by Michelle and utilising her years of expertise to be able to do that. After a few working drafts a finalised Will was drawn up and steps for signature at Cozens Hardy offices were made which was dealt with very quickly by friendly and professional staff.

Michelle Collins of Cozens-Hardy has been our family solicitor for a number of years now. I have always found her to be kind, understanding, efficient, tenacious and highly professional. When my mother recently passed away whilst we were in the middle of selling her house, Michelle called me immediately and was not only empathetic but immediately took control of proceedings liaising with the conveyancing solicitor, and was incredibly helpful at such a stressful time. I can not recommend her highly enough.
