Not quite sure where to begin . In August 2023, I found out that my husband of 35 Years was having an affair . Think I was in disbelief this was happening to me .. But in saying that I needed some professional advise , of how I was going to navigate what to do next . I contacted Sara Rutter of Walker Foster for an informal chat . Well 2 hour's later and a whole box of Kleenex, I knew immediately, that Sara was prepared to listen and advise . It was never about who was entitled to what , and trying to get more than my husband. It was all about professionalism, and advise in a very empathic way . You cannot just entangle 40 Years in a moments breathe !! Sara , You were just the best , and Not forgetting Gillian Petty ( The most Diligent Secretary ever ) You've .listen to me Cry , You've listen to me using the FFFF word so many times . But now after 2 years and 8 Months... A Fair Result was concluded . I cant thank you both enough J x

I’m divorcing and needed legal help re the house transfer quickly. Laura Kingsberry in the Harrogate office was really helpful, both before I had instructed Walker Foster with advice re what to do, and once instructed. She handled the case with professionalism and was very calm and friendly responding to questions and calls quickly. We engaged Ann Hallmark (Family Law) and David R. Barton (Property). Both are based in their Skipton Office. Ann was recommended to me through a mutual friend and the service my partner and I received did not disappoint. Ann is responsive. diligent and cool-headed. Ann can explain the law in plain English, her advice is sound and personalised. David R. Barton dealt with our property matters (trusts and conveyancing) and was extremely helpful, often putting up with a highly emotive series of transactions. We were in very safe hands.
