Absolutely excellent! We completed the sale of our property in 6 weeks from start to finish. Margaret responded quickly to all queries and kept on top of all actions - chasing the other parties for responses and making helpful suggestions to keep the process moving. Do not waste your time with this company. In a very crowded, competitive market place - I am at a loss to understand how a business like this is still operational. I spoke with Gary Bunce, who introduced himself as a partner in this business. I explained what was required - which mainly was a simple conveyancing requirement. Gary quoted me during this call, which we agreed to. I followed up this call with a comprehensive email, providing all the necessary information. This was followed up with a personal visit to the office, whereby full KYC was provided for engagement. After receiving no contact from both the visit and my original email, I subsequently sent two further emails requesting an engagement letter. Not one reply was given - nor any communication provided This simply is a business that does not want your business.

I was kept informed and given clear advice and guidance during the sale of my house. Everything was managed efficiently and professionally in a friendly manner. Whenever I contacted Angela Thompson, I received a prompt response and was able to discuss issues further. I would definitely recommend Eccles Heddon Solicitors for conveyancing services.
Angela Thompson dealt with the house move for my 82 year old mother. When we started the process my mother had not long become a widow she needed to downsize which she was finding difficult to come to terms with. During this process Mum also needed assistance in arranging power of attorney, everyone we dealt with were very patient, caring and professional. I would highly recommend them.
