Thank you for taking the time to send in a review Clive, it's much appreciated and glad to hear that Will gave a good service.
We used Sarah Hargreaves and her team (here we should particularly reference Maxine) to sell two properties. Throughout both sales we found the service never less than excellent. We were kept informed of developments at all stages, and any enquires were dealt with efficiently and rapidly. We were recommended Sarah by our next-door neighbours - word of mouth really does work, and we cannot recommend her and the team at E-H enough. Thoroughly recommended.

I was recommended Sarah Hargreaves to handle my sale and purchase of a property. Sarah and her team were brilliant even when we had set back. Which was down to buyers pulling out. Quick to answers email response and give any updates. I would easily recommend to anyone else looking at buying or selling a property.

I always get the arse-ache at this point, where I've taken the trouble to click through and issue stars, but the review site insists that "review text is required", even though I'm doing the review site a favour by even opening its email. However, Eccles Heddon did their job as quickly and with as much charm as was humanly possible. They were notably rapid and responsive on the emails.

Sarah Hargreaves and Maxine handled our sale and purchase, and I would use them again without hesitation. The property came with a long construction history, so there was plenty to work through. Every point was picked up properly. What stood out most was the responsiveness. Emails were answered the same day, queries never had to be chased, and I always knew where the file stood. In a process where delay is usually the norm, that made a real difference. Efficient, thorough and straightforward to deal with throughout — my thanks to both of them.
I was recommended Sarah Hargreaves at Eccles Heddon by a friend and I'm so glad I used her for my conveyancing. Super knowledgeable with a no nonsense approach. Unlike my buyers, Sarah responds to emails in an amazing fast timescale and is super organised which is priceless when your going through the stress of selling a house. Can't recommend her enough. Thanks Sarah.
Sarah is really good at communicating promptly. I was allowed to choose my preferred method of communication at the start of buying my property and chose email. Any delays and frustration certainly didn't come from her. I highly recommend her.
Stephanie and the team at Eccles Heddon were fantastic. Made the whole process easy and clear to understand. Great people!
