We instructed FG Solicitors to assist with the creation of a Family Investment Company and Discretionary Trust, together with the transfer of three rental properties into the new structure. The matter was complex and involved a company formation, trust documentation, property transfers, SDLT filings and coordination with our accountants and other advisers.
