We instructed FG Solicitors to assist with the creation of a Family Investment Company and Discretionary Trust, together with the transfer of three rental properties into the new structure. The matter was complex and involved a company formation, trust documentation, property transfers, SDLT filings and coordination with our accountants and other advisers. Throughout the process, Charles, Harshinder and the wider team were professional, responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent, we were kept informed throughout, and any questions were dealt with promptly and clearly. The transaction completed successfully and we were very pleased with the service we received.
