I can’t recommend Ria highly enough. I came to this firm from duffins and jones who was shocking . At first flew teething problems, when Mary Chilinski contracted me last week at enjoy of July 2026, she has been outstanding very supportive to me reach out of her way to help me knowing how much I’m struggling currently from ex boyfriend A Dunne. Mary Chilinski Has show empathy time compassion in such a short space of time , providing me details letter and communication both phone and by email taking out her time to help me , while I know it’s her job and firm getting paid by legal aid it’s my view Mary Chilinski gone above and beyond already in such short space of time . Mary made it easy for me to understand and even when phoning Nottingham office very supportive and understanding kind too . I have to say the first teething issues was kind blessing instead because got someone who gone out the way to help me. Also like to thank Amanda brown for coming back short notice to before Mary Chilinski contracted me . While my first hearing date soon to come up I do feel extremely lucky and grateful for family law involved so far . Thanks Anthony . Victim of domestic abuse and violence. When I told Mary Chilinski about my two over attampes to take my own life , she give me the time to speak showed care for me too . My daughter now living with her father full time. She no longer has a biological mother. Natasha let me and my baby down. Clarke, purposely call me and upset me she carried on even though she heard me having panic attacks.saying i was to distraught for her to come home to me. And that i had no rights or say. Didnt even get to stand up for myself. Way me and my unborn baby was treated was disgusting. Social lied to me stressed me out planned to take her they ripped her from her breast milk and hurt her digestion that affected her for months refluxing an caused us a heart issue in hospital from stress. my ex who hated me and couldnt help me pregnant is now raising my daughter with the women who he cheated on me with. Even a picture of a black eye pregnant years of drug use in his hair and crimnial record for selling drugs and message from his ex saying he sexually harmed her as a teen. Which i didnt believe but wanted a lie detector test which was refused. I hope he treats her well and doesnt hurt her the way he hurt me because he really messed me up when i needed love. He knew i had noone which makes it sadder This man wasnt nasty until i was pregnant when i finally saw how he really thought of me.. He texted me telling me he was going to take her from me. And to see you in court knowing i couldnt get there myself alone. Natasha just turns up to be paid and leaves even though she does represent me and i asked her to please leave if she wont work with me. Im left with no mental health help which the judge requested for therapy which didnt happen even tho i was begging for therapy before she was taken. left in this house with her empty bedroom no support no solicior middle no where wondering how i ended up like this. Using the fact i have no family against me And natasha has a man knock on my door giving me family court letters middle night frightening me taking pic of me in my nighty threatening to put me in jail if i even reach out to my ex as im worried sick about her. Not once has she met me or done a statement. I sit sobbing most days uncontrollably. I dont sleep. Ive been used for my body and treated like a villian for loving my child and having emotions. now him and his family who hate me get to enjoy my baby that i went thro hell to bring into this world alone. I gave them life and all they did was break me down. But who cares about me. They took my baby and gave it to a man who couldnt even love me or take care of us pregnant. While i was a mum alone moving house and going appointments he was on dates that his mum set him up on while we was still together. So yeh i just got to hope and pray they take care of her for me 😔 Becareful who you have kids with, i wouldnt recommend coming to this law firm. If you have complex family issues.

Natasha very emotionally cold.Talked me into not doing my parental assessment.. by saying i had no rights and didnt have a chance.. Even though i travelled miles and got buses and spend alot on presents ,had reports of clear loving affection at contact centre. always delivering bad news all the time any day any point causes me panic attacks in public. i was too emotionally distraught apparently to be assessed. She didnt fight for my baby to have a mother She didnt give me a voice in court when i needed it. Nhs had lied on paperwork when i had attended appointments and shown clear effort and emotion Shes endangered my child. Got paid for showing up, allowed everyone to slate me down supporting a obvious absent father whos recently involved to swoop in and take her after 6mnths of me actively doing all responsibiltys. he wasnt a nice man when pregnant to us and didnt help us physcially or financially she knew i had no family or moral support and used that against me to make her job easier. Was clear there was obvious corruption in fathers drug test.as he has dreads and has done several different substances throughout his life. And yet passed and passed when i was pregnant even with a addiction which was why he couldnt provide for his first and only child. He is still on two substances which he wont stop Passed parental And now has full custody of a child inwhich his only just begun having a relationship with. She didnt understand trauma bond and narc abuse. Wasnt going to get her back but hoped for co parenting which she insured wouldnt happen and to downsize and move from the family house i moved into so she had her own room. Even had the independent social worker hug me when crying, before removing my rights, heartbroken Which im sure any mother would be but cant care or cry be used against you! Im clearly a loving worried mother who didnt no what was happening didnt no her rights ( or lack of ) you was paid to help through hardest time my life and advise me. But you would distress me say i couldnt do anything about it and go. Leaving me hysterical. She literally was overruled by a therapist manager who googles the law to defend her sons wrong doings whos been caught lying. this is a man who needed to be told why a baby was a priority over him a 29 yr old man. he had to be in the picture even if he wasnt contributing apparently because he is the dad least he has rights, right. I told her my concerns of how he might treat her according to past behaviours treatment on me. And obvious neglect towards us pregnant which was seen by others including screaming at me. The independent social worker assessed the father of my child and was charmed within a week. She knows best id only lived with him 3yrs they knew they could do as they wished as i had noone to support me. You have left me worried sick and suicidal and childless. Without visitation. Im going to leave letters to my daughter in my will of whats happened. Reassure her to take whats been said with pinch of salt. My unfortunate unsuccessful experience. She will know shes loved even if i cant be present in her life. I sacrificed alot for her and went through alot of unneeded pain. Being apart has caused me a heart condition and im experiencing grief. But i dont regret bringing her into this world. Its fine if your a bad person aslong as your not convicted you can do nothing for a year and still take full custody Causing her heart issues from stress and reflux issues to her digestion. Before age of 1. No child should be minipulated or mentally abused by a parent it can stay with them forever but i suppose you didnt care did you natasha? Its not your life, your child... just paperwork isnt it natasha.
