Rhian, Melissa, Hannah and the team undertook the complete conveyancing process, from my side very efficiently and very effectively; documentation and clarifications were provided promptly together with definitive assurance to me when I required answers to my questions.     Be Patient

    Following the death of my wife in February 2025 I contacted the Solicitors to inform them of the death because they have copies of our Wills. We had a substantive amount of investments in Banks and Building Societies plus some stocks and shares in other companies. It has taken over a year to sort everything (including the registration of the bungalow with the Land Registry). There were delays with postage and some transactions had to be reviewed by Emily Clarke. HSBC also held things up with the transfer of an ISA and global investments. Contact with them is expensive & would have preferred an update every two months.

      Whomever was sat on reception today was the most arrogant, unhelpful individuals I have ever met. Just because she did not understand my request (the need for a solicitor to certify a passport application) she was sarcastic and truly unprofessional. Popped straight in to Graeme John Solicitor who made an appointment for me straight away.
