I have been dealing with Hatchers regarding probate and with selling a family property. I have found Hatchers to be professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I have met my solicitor on a couple of occasions and found them to be exceptionally professional. The bulk of my communication has been with trainee solicitor, Lauren Macmillan. She has been an asset to your company and is courteous, polite, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful during a difficult time.

Appalling totally unprofessional

Absolutely appalling service from Hatchers. Took them 3 Years going backwards and forwards so I sacked them off and instructed a barrister who solved my case successfully and with full settlement within six weeks. Hatchers are just money spinners to line their own pocket. I even provided them with factual legal document to bring the case to a close and they didn't use it said they would use it at a later date! That says it all. Stay clear and especially stay clear of J Woods.

-Communication- excellent! Even if there was no update I would still hear back. Took time to explain things when I wasn't sure.
-Price- Very reasonable for service provided.

Very satisfied client

Selling a residential is never easy! The property in question was jointly owned by myself and my brother. Furthermore, it's been rented out by us for 17 years. So inevitably there was issues and queries to be answered. We had a lot of interest from individuals and investors including a 'time waster' that resulted in an aborted sale. Though out this lengthy process Hatchers Solicitors kept us informed, and advised us. They were always available by phone and email. We really would have not managed with out them. Well done!
