Tom won my employment tribunal against my multi-national former employer who owed me thousands of pounds. I had a strong case but it was clearly going to be a lengthy and challenging process but Tom is dogged and extremely knowledgable. So grateful as my former employer caused me a ton of stress and hardship due to their behaviour.

I have received excellent support from Ellie Humphris at Tom Street & Co Solicitors. After a quick search online to find a solicitors firm I was very surprised to be speaking to a solicitor about my employment tribunal case so quickly and was grateful as I had left things a big late. It was made easy to contact Ellie directly after I'd missed a phone call, the advice I received was brilliant and I am incredibly grateful for it. I would definitely recommend Tom Street & Co solicitors. From the other solicitors I had contacted it was clear that many choose to make what could be a simple process to speak to a solicitor an unnecessarily complicated one.

I requested their help with an employment law case, they took my case on a no win, no fee basis. After they took 600 pounds from me, they looked over the case for two days, then said it's not worth it and dropped it. I am out 600 pounds and left alone again. Avoid!

I was appointmented a Solicitor called Alex Passman by Tom Street.
The only reason for writing this review that nobody experiences what i did at probably one of the worst times of my life.
I can honestly say that from start to finish the standard i recieved was terrible.
I was given virtually no counsel and one week before my tribunal by text late on a Saturday evening Alex Passman told me he couldnt go forward.
He had it for 10 months and nothing different came up in that time. He then assured me that one of his Barrister friends would represent me but it would cost me just under £5000.
He assured me that he would know my case inside and out that they are used to working within this time frame.
Unfortunately he didnt know my case at all and embarrasingly some of his arguments didnt hold water as he got them wrong.
This was the worst experience i have ever had and in light of being bullied within the NHS i count this experience on par with it.

I called regarding an enquiry for a potential case, a solicitor answered the phone and asked some questions regarding my situation. The solicitor was very polite and patiently listened to my enquiry and then explained why the case may have potential and why it may not. The solicitor detailed all the potential avenues I could try before going to the courts and what this would entail. The solicitor went into great detail and explained what my options are. I really appriacted their time and felt like they cared about the case whether it was something they could take on or not.

Alex provided legal support for an employment issue. When I started my investigation of what could be done I was met with stark warnings about how stressful it would be. Alex made it completely stress free. I found that I could completely trust his judgment and communication and felt at ease with it in his hands. He also sought and secured a positive outcome for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex to a friend should they find themselves in need.
