If you are accused of offenses against the police ( zero evidence of 2 charges) they will coerce you into saying that you are guilty. They do not Care , if you have been beaten black and blue by Guildford police whilst in mental health crisis. Solicitor Kiran Gibson did barely acknowledged my injuries , discuss them with me at any point or address them until she knew that my case was over. Im a victim of Domestic Violence .In 2022 i was attacked, guildford police " lost" all the evidence. I recieved no compensation except a half hearted phone call from Surrey police saying " lessons had be learnt " from my case .I was left with conplex PTSD. On meeting solicitor Kiran Gibson for the first time before court, her first sentence to me was( in reference to my suicide attempts) " You are diverting emergency services from people who REALLY need help " . The second time i met her was at Guildford police station, she read out one of my charges, I repeatedly say " No, i did not do this " . At this point she only had a written report from Guildford police and there was ZERO evidence..She repeatedly said to me" Yes you did DO this !!" ..What kind of Solicitor, who is meant to be supporting and representing you, tells you are guilty from only reading a police reports. I honestly thought Kiran had my best interests at heart. I became severely mentally unwell because id been accused of 2 things, I knew that I didn't do ( no evidence either)and this lead to many suicide attempts. I knew that if the stress of the court case went on any longer I would succeed in ending my life. Over a period of 10 months I was coerced into pleading guilty by Kiran despite there being no evidence for these 2 crimes. These solicitors will coerce you into pleading " Guilty " even when there's zero evidence, if it involves Guildford police. Kiran Gibson told me that she would not continue to represent me if i were to plead " not guilty " my mental health nurses were extremely shocked by this, its pretty disgusting, she knew that i was very unwell , suicidal and not in my " right " mind. Blackfords do not have your best interests at heart, if you are accused of a crime agaisnt the police. These injuries were caused by Guildford police. KG only fully mentioned them to me once she new that the court case was " done & dusted" plus various other details about me that she suddenly seemed concerned about ie the fact that I'm crippled by Degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis
