She immediately took my case seriously and supported me every step of the way. Her dedication was incredible — she fought tirelessly for me, even giving up her weekends and time during annual leave to ensure I was supported. Although we never met in person due to distance, she was always there at the end of the phone when I needed her most. Her commitment went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I would also like to thank Tia Pavett and the whole team at National Legal Service. Without their support, I truly believe I may have lost my son. I will never be able to thank them enough. 2 months ago Absolutely Amazing service and I must give a special mention to two staff members especially Elizabeth hay &Helen Oakes who was my solicitor but she was not just a solicitor to me an advisor someone who takes great care and has such compassion with helen it's not just the about earning a living she actually really cares about her clients. I was going through a very difficult time and without helen it woukd have been much more difficult. I can not recommend these guys any more 5 stars doesn't really cut it. And they still continue to support me even after the closure of the file. Amazing Thanks National Legal Service you helped me change my life . Kevin Miller

This is the worst solicitors I have dealt with. They ask for your information to proceed with your case and make it seem like they are helping, but then they never get back to you—especially if you are applying for legal aid.

Olivia Simpson was my legal aid lawyer, and she was incredible. She was an excellent lawyer and completly supported me through the whole process.

NLS is a very professional service for people who needs help. You can have advices and help on court. Don't wait just ask for help and they will be for you.
