My divorce was a particularly difficult one, which required a solicitor who clearly I stood the more complex matters of family law, from direct marriage assets through to non-marital assets. Nigel was seamless in his approach and guidance often working late to resolve issues and to provide a truly professional service. Beyond that Nigel would often act as friend, counsellor and champion. I cannot thank him and his colleagues enough for taking the time and care to really look after my case. The other really important virtue the company holds is “fairness.” There were so many occasions Nigel de-escalated the tension between parties advising wisely and sympathetically. Price wise the practice is very fair on its charging scale and in my case the price difference compared to the other party was substantially less.
