We bought our lovely house last winter, and dealing with our lawyer was incredibly easy and convenient. She helped us navigate a very strange estate agent with ease. All the property searches were handled promptly, and she showed great attention to detail. Dayanika was absolutely fantastic and highly professional throughout the entire process.
The services we received in the conveyancing of our property were very professional. Dayanika, our contact solicitor, was calm, cool and collected. She behaved in a very professional manner ensuring that all the process followed smooth procedures and even when there were delays, for instance from the searches which were made, she assured us from experience that all would be well, she facilitated expediting the matter and ensuring that she followed up with information of where we were in the process and this was very helpful to us because this would be our first property purchase. We couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
I sold my 2 bedroom apartment last week through 360 LAW Services. They did an excellent job. Everything was clear, timely and very fair price. No delays at all. Dayanika from this company covered the legal part of the sale. All round, she was very good and honest and timely. Michael Deery is the rudest man I've ever spoken to for legal advice. Patronising and condescending... 20 minutes of someone basically telling me I don't understand law, which is why I contacted them in the first place. would not recommend talking to this rude individual.
