As a legal aid customer, my previous experiences had been disappointing, but Owen White & Caitlin completely changed that perspective. I was treated with the same level of care and attention as any paying customer, which was a refreshing change. My solicitor, Tia Oxlade, represented me throughout the year-long process, and I can’t praise her enough. Tia was incredibly efficient and professional from the start. She truly understood me as a person and treated me as an individual, rather than just another case. She took the time to understand my triggers, how I process things, and always made sure I had the space and time to reflect on decisions—particularly when I acted impulsively with my instructions.
