Eltifs, or European Long-Term Investment Funds, are pooled investment funds designed to finance long‑term projects in the real economy. A solicitor in this area helps structure and market these funds, prepare the prospectus and key investor information, ensure compliance with the ELTIF Regulation and related rules (including AIFMD interfaces), draft raising documents, and oversee disclosures to investors and regulators. They also advise on asset selection, risk management, and ongoing reporting to the regulator and investors.

    Frequently asked questions

    How are these solicitors ranked?

Rankings are worked out mainly from client reviews: the ratings clients give and how recent the reviews are, with reviews about Eltifs counting most. We also take into account how much of a firm's work is in Eltifs.

How often are the rankings updated?

Twice a week, every Thursday and Sunday, so new reviews are reflected quickly. This list was last updated on 1 November 2026.

Is it free to compare solicitors?

Yes. Comparing firms, reading reviews and sending your case summary to the firms you choose is free.

    Who will see my details?

Only the law firms you choose to send your case summary to. Nothing is shared until you press send, and your details are never shown on this page.
