Gill assisted me in a extremely complex non accidental injury case. I was assisted by Gill, her paralegal Bilal Rasool and her secretary Christine Brown. The service provided by all of them was exceptional. The situation I was going through I can honestly say was the hardest thing I have had to go through in my life and the care, guidance, compassion and support provided by Gill was the sole reason I got through it. The breadth and knowledge Gill has is incredible. She was able to guide and advise me on extremely complex matters, and do so in a manner that was not only clear and concise but was easy for me to understand. She is patient and willing to take the time to explain or go over things if I was not sure. With family matters such as this one, the emotional toll was huge and Gill was acutely aware of this. She understood that when stress was high providing timely information was key and she would always ensure she answered my many questions as soon as she could, and if she was busy Bilal or Christine would always contact me back and either help when they could or let me know when Gill could get back in touch. I often had many questions and concerns that I wanted answers to, or to try and understand and every time Gill would be there to support me and answer them, no matter how small. I felt like Gill is not just a professional I was paying for, but someone who truly cared about me and my case and wanted to do all she could to try and help me get the best outcome. She was tireless in her commitment to me and my case and even though unfortunately we did not have the best outcome I can rest knowing that Gill did everything she could to assist me. Gill truly is not only an incredible solicitor who I would recommend to all but an amazing, kind, compassionate person who I am so grateful to have had by my side.
