Excellent, responsible service, providing clear and helpful advice over a protracted negotiation for the sale of lanbd with planning obligations.

We have used this firm of solicitors on quite a few occasions and every time the service and professionalism exceeds expectations. Focusing on the conveyancing department headed up by Chris Brewis and Tracey Fenner and their team, they always go above and beyond to ensure all matters are dealt with professionally and quickly and efficiently making all the legal transactions easy and straight forward to deal with. Also what stands out is the communication, they respond very quickly to questions and matters without delay which ensures there are no delays. Rathan Kumar was dilligent, timely and professional throughout. We would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone and will continue to use for our needs.

Michelle and her team in the conveyancing department, as well as Niall, from corporate and commercial, are simply outstanding. I would highly recommend them: professional, meticulous, and genuinely committed to seeing your case through to completion. I had a particularly tricky set of sales involving a complex legal issue, and the entire team at Hawley and Rodgers was brilliant. They went to bat on my behalf, ensuring my interests were fully represented at every stage. Thanks to their efforts and dedication, the case was successfully resolved—something that simply wouldn’t have been possible without them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A heartfelt thanks to Ken Ragon-Chambers at Spires Legal. Not only legally astute, but commercially aware too. An asset to have on your side.

This was the first time using Matthew and Matthew, and I am so glad we did! The service Emma King and Tina Morris provided was excellent! They both ensured we had constantly informed during the whole process and always responded to emails very promptly. We would highly recommend Emma and her team and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Used Harvey on a title split for a commercial/residential property, everyone at BRG&P was friendly, helpful and prompt. Excellent service in a timely manner.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks for the excellent service provided by you and the team in making our sale and purchase progress as smoothly as it did. A special mention to Sharon in the completions team for her responsiveness and experienced words of advice.
