We were pleased to have Elliott's professional help following frustratingly lengthy and outstanding delays and uncertainties over an eight year old Overage Agreement, with building work no way near to being started. Elliott used his experience to carry out extensive and detailed work when writing to the Directors of the Development Company and working with ourselves. Elliott's expert input "fired a cannon" that had an immediate effect on the Development Company, who at last took action resulting in a fairly quick and satisfactory conclusion, for which we are very grateful.

Having gone through processes with solicitors in the past, you can often feel like you are irrelevant and they don’t care about your timescales and the pressure etc. Clare was fantastic from the word go. Her communication and explanation of the process was perfect and at no stage did we feel stressed even when things didn’t quite go as planned. I would highly recommend anyone going through a similar process to use Clare and should we be required to do anything in the near future, she will be our first choice. Thankyou!

A straightforward transaction but well handled by Emma Sharp and team - all went smoothly and the communication was good.

Mr Omer Kahraman was recommended to me by a friend, I must say it was definitely the best choice. Very efficient, fast service, receive responses promptly. Currently have 2 cases with Mr Omer, definitely wont be the last with all future matters.

Lorraine and her team were fast and efficient with every step of the transaction , Lorraine advised us and dealt with the whole matter taking the other solicitor to task and saved us time and money with all of her advice , thank you very much Lorraine
