Belinda Buckley communicated with us so that we were kept totally up to date and Nick Parson was expert in this purchase with no stress

Efficient and effective service, with good communication. Questions forwarded from buyers quickly for our response. Sale process occurred over Christmas which slowed things down, but solicitors pushed the process on in Jan. Relatively stress free experience.

We used Daniel Perry for our recent property sale and purchase. We found the service excellent. Daniel was very responsive and when things became complicated was able to explain the situation very clearly to us. The transaction became rather stressful towards the end, and we felt that Daniel was very much ‘in it with us’ and went out of his way to ensure a good outcome. We would definitely recommend Bannister Preston.

Fantastic company, kept me informed all the way through the process and the successful outcome was so quick.

All I wish to say is that Kirsty Peto was outstanding from selling my Apartment in Hamble to purchasing this one in Bishopstoke Park She was wonderful from the beginning to the end Every problem I had was dealt with speedily and in the correct manner 10/10 Kirsty

John recently led all legal aspects of a long term lease for Howorth Air Tech of brand new premises at Raven Locks in Salford, the lease of which is critical for Howorth to manufacture Pharmaceutical Equipment for the production of the most advanced life saving drugs for Cancer treatment. This proved to be an extremely challenging process but all the way through John Lomax was tenacious, focused and operated with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Through periods of extremely high stress for the Howorth team John's communications were second to none. I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend John for anyone wishing to buy or rent premises.
