Rebecca managed my interests in a share sale / restructuring transaction to facilitate my partial exit from a limited company. This was a fairly complex transaction involving setting up a new holding company, the transfer of shares, the sale of shares and new service agreements for the directors. To be honest I wasn't looking forward to working through the legal process to make this transaction happen but Rebecca (and the team at Forbes) made it seem easy. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Keith Melling and his team have provided invaluable guidance to Next Generation Travel on a wide range of matters, from company formation to management share incentive schemes, acquisitions, and complex issues like trademark infringements. Their advice is always clear, comprehensive and tailored to our business needs, allowing us to navigate legal challenges with confidence. We have worked with major Manchester based law firms in the past, but the level of service and expertise we receive from Napthens, under the leadership of Keith, rival those of much larger firms, and at a much more competitive price.

Anna at Ronald Fletcher Baker (RFB) Exeter was absolutely brilliant in handling our entire process of bridging loan finance for our self-build in Sussex. She took the time to understand our requirements and went above and beyond helping us. We really appreciate your help and highly recommend you and your company. Thank you.
