Purchase disputes cover disagreements over goods or services bought for business purposes, including contract terms, delivery, quality, warranties and refunds. A solicitor in this area drafts or reviews contracts, negotiates settlements, and prepares or responds to court or tribunal proceedings. They gather evidence, advise on remedies under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and related standards, and coordinate pre‑action steps, mediation or litigation in the County Court or High Court as needed.

“It’s so hard choosing a lawyer who will bring you through all the way to the end. Peter has earned his place as one of the best lawyers I have ever worked with (I have worked with 20+ in my career). We had a legal task that could have gone south at any time but Peter and his team were able to solve the issue with the best possible outcome. I don’t say this lightly… this was a battle than spanned years and Peter fought and fought like no other. And we won. I am very proud to have worked with him and he makes the legal challenges bearable and enlightening”
