“Following a difficult 2.5-year experience with NJP Solicitors, I transitioned my case to Stowe Family Law, where I was represented by Molly Brindley. Initially, I was understandably cautious due to my prior experience, but Molly swiftly earned my confidence through her exceptional professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication. Her strategic support during the FDR session was instrumental—without her guidance, achieving a fair outcome would have been unlikely. Thanks to Molly's expertise, my divorce and financial settlement were successfully finalized after 3.5 years. During Molly’s brief absences, her colleague Eve Bolt stepped in seamlessly, ensuring there were no disruptions or delays. Eve consistently followed up on documentation and provided timely updates, exemplifying the same high standards of professionalism and client care. Working with Molly and Eve was a genuinely positive experience. They are both consummate professionals who made a challenging journey significantly easier. I am deeply grateful for their support.”

“I found Vanessa Gillbanks extremely helpful and informative, using language that was easy to understand at a time that was very stressful to me. I would readily recommend this company. The charges were advised to me before I started any proceedings which of course was preferable as I was able to budget for these. I am completely happy to go back to Richard Nelson LLP for any future needs. ”

“Rachel House was very professional and gave me very helpful advice on my case and how to proceed with my documents. She made me feel very capable to continue with my case as an LIP and was very willing to help me throughout. I have found the firm very professional and helpful with my various questions I’ve had. Thanks so much for your help and honesty”

“I experienced a dreadful situation which was a neighbour dispute. My appointed solicitor James Freeman was excellent, i cant thank him enough!!!! After 18 months of pure hell the situation was finally over and it was the dream outcome. James was patient, sympathetic and was prepared to try different approaches to tackle the problem. He was polite and quick to return calls and emails. In contrast the admin staff rarely answered the phone.”
