“I had a very positive experience working with Belinda during what was a difficult and uncertain period. Despite my employer repeatedly changing their position on outcomes and agreed terms, Belinda remained focused, pragmatic, and strategically clear throughout. She dealt with matters directly and efficiently, ensuring negotiations stayed on track and unnecessary costs were avoided. Importantly, her approach significantly reduced my personal financial exposure and shifted a proportion of the settlement cost appropriately back to my employer. Her communication was calm, measured, and reassuring, and her advice helped me remain confident and positive at a time that could easily have felt overwhelming. I would not hesitate to recommend her.”
