My 19 yr old son found himself in the unfortunate position of having to seek help on driving offences - twice in 6 months !! We approached Scullion and met Kris who took time to talk us through the process and offered various options. He was very open and honest and took the time to answer all my questions (that a 19yr old wouldn't) and put me at ease. We discussed best and worst outcomes so we were fully prepared and 'no surprises' at court. On the day of the trial, my son never stepped foot inside the Court room - with Kris's expertise in getting into the 'fine detail', the case was thrown out. The 2nd visit was a little more tricky as there were apparently 4 witnesses plus CCTV footage. I contacted Kris again and he invited us over to discuss. At first reading, he was honest to advise that this may be a difficult case due to the complexity. Again Kris kept in touch with me throughout the whole process even though I was working abroad at the time and I felt so reassured that my son had the right support while I was away. There appeared to be so much evidence against him that we didn't see a way out but, again, Kris's expertise was 2nd to none and the case was thrown out. Kris even took the time after the trial to email me the outcome as he knew I would be nervously waiting. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending anyone to Kris and his team.
