I was unexpectedly put in a situation where I had to seek legal advice following a breakup which my ex partner took badly. From the outset, Adrienne was incredibly reassuring and made it clear she had my back. I had never set foot in a courtroom before and was very nervous and emotional but having Adrienne literally by my side was such a huge help. Adrienne and her team were brilliant at keeping me up to date on the proceedings without showing me every communication from my ex-partner which was much appreciated as I was understandably very stressed about the whole situation. I would have appreciated the same solicitor representing me through the whole case but I understand this is not possible due to being unable to rearrange court dates. The barristers and legal representation that Adrienne and team booked for me were all very good and I didn't have to explain the whole situation again. Adrienne was very skilled at explaining legal procedures and terminology in an easy-to-understand way, I couldn't have got through the most stressful time in my life without the invaluable support of her and her team. I never thought I'd have to use a solicitors in this way, but I would not hesitate to use or recommend Adrienne and team again, although hopefully this will never happen again!

I just wanted to write to you to say thank you for the fantastic service that you and your team have provided so far with HR Assist. I think the product is fantastic and couldn't be without it. In addition, i expected it to be expensive but it really is not. I didn't think that Owl Projects needed a service like HR Assist, until I had cause to call you for advice on an employment law matter. It was that conversation that triggered my interest in taking up HR Assist and I am so glad we did! I didn't realise how exposed we were to having a claim made against us. I now have peace of mind knowing that all of our HR needs are taken care of and that all of our contracts, handbooks, documents and processes are kept up to date by specialist solicitors. I would heavily recommend Poole Alcock and HR Assist to any business. It’s scary how quickly the law changes and things become out of date. I didn't understand how massive the area of HR is. I don’t have to worry about that anymore.

I got intouch with Richard Nelson's after needing help with a contract regarding mutually agreed redundancy, but due to the contract not containing the correct information by the time I got the correct version I only had two days left before it had to be signed and returned. I rang and was assured that someone would be able to help me, I was give an appointment for the next day and met Jayne Harrison, she was brilliant! She read through the contents with me pointing out several mistakes, she got straight in touch with my employer and got them amended . I have one last part to complete in January. I am so glad that I chose Richard Nelson's as after much stress they dealt with my situation extremely quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any legal advice.
