I was unfortunate to be party to an unfeasible TUPE transfer resulting in a Settlement Agreement needing to be legally checked. My timescale was very tight due to pre-booked annual leave overlapping the submission deadline. FJG were the only solicitor out of three who responded to my enquiry immediately. Joe Sandercock took the case and I can honestly say from start to finish he was none other than amazing! I had an appointment within a day (thank you Hannah), he’d pre-checked the document in advance ready to go through each paragraph with me in detail. He removed untenable clauses where necessary and requested additional wording be included for clarity. Advice was clear, ensuring I understood every section before signing and accepting the offer.
