The charges were advised to me before I started any proceedings which of course was preferable as I was able to budget for these. Honestly, the reassurance and level of respect these ladies have from the off is just second to none. I was SUPER anxious and needed some speed with my query and Helen Young, Milly Baxendale and Sharon Hundal did exactly that. Sharon was even due to go on holiday yet offered to sign a document whilst away and took the time to take my mental health at the time in account with all things considered. I have used BMTC for conveyancing and now for employment law help - I honestly, couldn't ask for a better team of ladies.
