Complex Cases in family law covers the most demanding, often multi‑faceted family matters. It includes high‑net‑worth divorces, intricate financial settlements, allegations of dishonesty, cross‑border elements, and high‑stakes children’s welfare disputes. A solicitor handles coordination with experts, asset tracing, negotiations, drafting or challenging consent orders, and applications to courts for financial orders, disclosure, and residency or contact arrangements. They manage risk, deadlines and strategy across hearings in the family courts and, where applicable, the High Court.
