We recently had need to engage the services of a solicitor and as a number of years have passed since that was the case, we decided to seek advice from a new firm. In the event we contacted Evolve Family Law in Holmes Chapel. Initial contact and discussions were made remotely, followed a few days later with a meeting in person. Our solicitor, Mr Chris Strogen, was an excellent choice, being an amalgam of the very best characteristics of a traditional, empathetic, knowledgeable lawyer backed by the latest appropriate technology. The work was undertaken expeditiously (in a couple of days) and at a very reasonable charge. We have no hesitation in recommending or using them again. There is a further aspect to the recommendation which is that all the staff, including partners, are great dog lovers: our Cavalier joined us for our discussions and was made to feel very much at home!

I engaged KLR to administer my divorce proceedings, these turned out to be lengthy! I dealt solely with Preeya Rampersad throughout. Preeya gave me clear , concise, accurate advice which she always fully explained. This gave me the ability to respond to any questions with full information. She was always positive and certainly kept me on point at times when things dragged ie during Covid. All of the staff at KLR that in encountered whether by phone, email or in person were always helpful, cheerful and always professional. I made an excellent choice for my legal council.

Excellent service for Divorce, conveyancing and will. I chose Napthens (Helen Lucking) to deal with my divorce because they have an office in Lytham so convenient and easy parking available. The service I received from Helen was not only professional but also her handling of my divorce was dealt with care and understanding and I felt she represented me perfectly in how she handled all the nonsense my ex flung at me. I felt completely at ease and the fees were very reasonable too. At the same time I used their conveyancing department and will department, so all in all Napthens were able to deal with my divorce, Property transfer and my Will all within one office.
