Rachel was someone I had known about via a family friend who spoke highly of her, I made contact and instantly knew Rachel was the woman for the job, she has been amazing, she was professional, friendly, supportive and most of all approachable with a great sense of humour, we needed the humour at times, She was available at all times, she was always so smart, smiling and efficient, she is amazing at her job and i always share her details and recommend her highly, she gets the job done, its been a long and drawn out court process and to trust someone to help you at some of the lower points of the process where your entire life is exposed and picked over by professionals as part of the process, having rachels professional support we got through to the end of it succesfully. I know she is paid to do her job, but i honestly feel she goes above and beyond for that 1 to 1 professional support she has given me, I cannot thank her enough for making the process as streamlined as possible.

Beth has been there in the middle of the night to listen to my side of the story, to advice me and to ensure that I do / say the right thing (encouraging me to give answers to support my case) and to sit next to me through the hearing. The way she conducted herself on the day (night), her confidence, her manners, her listening skills, empathy & understanding, how she represented the company, how she tried to help me later by passing my details to their family law department and how she dealt with me over time when I bothered her with some additional emails - I could not fault anything. If I need any help in future, I will definitely be picking up a phone to Albin & Co first based on my experience with Beth.
