The professionalism of TS&P and in particular, Harry Smith I can't speak highly enough of. The guy is a gem and an absolute diamond. He offered a first class level of service and his assiduous nature and diligence in seeing through my case through from start to finish has been incredible. The case in total lasted around 3 years, and at points I wasn't sure there was going to be any resolution at all. Harry kept me informed along the way and was very honest throughout which was refreshing, even when the end didn't look near.  Harry was very transparent, understood my angle when it came to our family's case and worked hard to get me a level of justice I was seeking. He kept in touch fairly regularly and it was refreshing to hear him speak so passionately about our case, it felt like it mattered to him.
