Rebekah Maher

Tagged solicitor Rebekah Maher

Thanks to the determination, patience and professionalism of Rebekah, I was able to achieve the outcome in my divorce that we set out to do, despite numerous setbacks. Rebekah was always transparent in her correspondence, so I was made fully aware about how things were progressing, but was also determined to secure a fair outcome on my behalf when progress was stalling.

Shak Inayat

Tagged solicitor Shak Inayat

After being let down by several solicitors, in an extremely adversarial and lengthy family court case, Shak was recommended to me. He helped me understand how the family court system works and how my previous approach was damaging my case. Over a year on, with Shak's expert guidance and support, my situation has changed for the better. Shak is extremely knowledgeable and was always supportive. I felt I could always call on his expertise if I had any concerns. My child and I can now look forward to the future, but this would not have been possible without Shak and the team at Penn Chambers.

Rachel Jane McGrath

Tagged solicitor Rachel Jane McGrath

After my initial telephone consultation with Rachel, I knew I was going to use RJS Family Law for my financial proceedings. She was the only solicitor that I felt really cared about what the client wanted and would fight for it. I instructed Rachel for my FDR in January 2025. She prepared my position statement and created the court bundle. She took my instructions throughout by asking how involved I wanted her to be in the process in order to keep costs to a minimum. I gathered all the evidence from my ex-husband and then provided it to Rachel so she could create the bundle. She advised me on my position and also listened to what I wanted to achieve and why. At the FDR, it was clear that she understood the facts of my case as she was able to defend points raised by my ex-husband. I was able to reach a positive settlement at the FDR which would not have been possible without Rachel’s help. She was very approachable and we had a lovely conversation whilst waiting to be called in. Although her hourly rate may be high, her communication is clear and concise so you’re not wasting money on unnecessarily long communication. In the end, I didn’t end up paying as much as I had anticipated. The service I received was worth every penny. I would recommend RJS Family Law to anyone needing assistance with family of child matters. They care about their clients and want the best for them.

Katrina Whyard

Tagged solicitor Katrina Whyard

Katrina was (and is) fantastic. She came highly recommended from my mortgage broker – I can see why, now – and did wonders. I had quite a tight deadline for a divorce-mandated transfer of property and remortgage, for quite a complex little right-to-manage flat in London, and she was thorough, persistent and highly communicative throughout. She pulled out all the stops and couldn’t have been more helpful and collaborative. I got a much better service than I ever expected and would recommend Katrina unreservedly!
