I had a recommendation to use BW Solicitor to selling my flat and I’m really pleased with the service what I got. Bilal been always available for any questions, very professional, updated us during the process and do his best to make transition smooth. He is reliable and offers his service for a fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Emma Marchant, assisted by Lisa, provided an outstanding service at every stage of our sale and purchase. At the top of their game and strongly recommended.

Karen was very prompt and friendly in her dealings with me in relation to the conveyancing of my mums property. I would use again and would recommend to family and friends. Many thanks Karen.

As always Alastair was professional and efficient. It was a complicated sale but without Alastair I am sure it would have taken much longer to "get it over the line"!

I needed to sell a rental property that had a long standing tenant living in it. Clarkes were recommended by my managing agent, and they were excellent and prompt from the outset. Starting with an introduction and explanation of the procedure we should take and a full cost breakdown. The entire process went very smoothly.

Selling or buying property is always said to be life’s most stressful experience besides being a Tottenham fan but this was completely the opposite! The whole experience from start to finish was flawless and went like clockwork and we couldn’t recommend the company and in particular Victoria Hand who dealt with us personally. The next time we are buying or selling we will go straight to Victoria-fabulous!

Our buyer was using Lisa Oram at Emerald Law, who with her assistant Minhal gave absolutely top tier service, progressing the sale proactively and with brilliant communication. Thanks so much, Lisa and Minhal!
