I dealt with Hayley at the Bromsgrove branch of Bank solicitors and would certainly have no hesitation in using her again or recommending her to anyone else. I found her to be friendly and approachable, she was available to talk to for updates on progress and would return emails or phone calls promptly. Costs and processes involved in selling my house were clearly explained to me from the start, I am very grateful for her help.

Always available to answer calls and queries promptly no matter how small. Efficient, friendly and great customer service.

Jason helped me with the sale of my old family home. He knew exactly how to approach the situation. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I come out on the other side with the best results. Selling a joint house with your ex can be hard and stressful but Jason had my best interest at heart and made sure I received what I deserved. I will keep him on speed dial for my next legal matter. He is a very knowledgeable and a great lawyer and I would highly recommend him.

I have used Katie Taylor at Hall Reynolds many times over the years when buying and selling property. I have recently completed on two properties which were rental properties. As always, Katie has provided an excellent service and I would recommend her services to any prospective customers.

Tracey handled the conveyancing for my recent house sale, she was extremely professional, helpful and friendly to deal with. She handled all enquiries efficiently and the transaction went very smoothly. She explained the more technical aspects in plain language and her support team were outstanding. I highly recommend Tracey for your conveyancing needs. RW

Emma and the team were excellent throughout careful thorough and professional I would highly recommend.Thank you all.

I instructed Stephen Carew on the conveyancing for my house purchase. The matter became complicated and stressful we were entered into a contract race, which required everything to be done at breakneck speed, with no certainty of outcome. Stephen provided excellent advice and service throughout, whilst all the while remaining cool, calm and collected. Stephen worked tirelessly over the course of the week up to exchange, continuously liaising throughout each day to keep me informed of the progress. As a result we were ready for exchange within 4 days of being informed we were in a contract race (before the sellers themselves were ready!). We exchanged after the weekend and completed a week later. Despite prioritising this instruction, Stephen did not charge any additional fees on top of his original estimate. My family and I have instructed Stephen on a few occasions now. Every time, he delivers a first class, professional service, excellent practical advice, all at very reasonable rates. I have no hesitation recommending him and Meadows Ryan.

I’ve recently used Home Property Law for the purchase and sale of both my personal home and a buy to let property. The processes were not straight forward, but Cordelia and her team were fantastic at being able to keep timelines on track and keep us at ease, and that no problem was without a solution. I’ve had many poor experiences over the years with conveyancers, however the professional, approachable and highly competent service we received here has filled us full of confidence again. We can’t recommend Home Property Law enough.

I was very satisfied with the service I received and the costs were lower than I expected to pay. I would definitely use again. Highly recommended.
