I instructed Napthens solicitors to handle the conveyancing of my brothers flat. It was being sold to fund his nursing home fees. Sally Calvert and her associate Greg Bird took the case. I have to say that from day one they were wonderful. I saw them at the Napthens office in Lytham on two occasions when I wasn't sure about some of the paperwork. It was a difficult case as it involved a lasting power of attorney. It was also a Leasehold flat further complicating matters. They guided me through everything. I had both of their mobile numbers that I could contact with any questions. If they weren't available they never failed to call me back. They made what could have been a nightmare into a smooth operation. They charged much less than I feared and the final invoice was exactly as was quoted at the beginning I would certainly have no hesitation in engaging them again should I ever need conveyancing in the future.

I couldn't rate them high enough from beginning to end they were all great to work with Efficient Reliable Friendly. Especially MEGAN CALLAN who went above and beyond to get my case resolved. Always available for anything I needed to ask MEGAN CALLAN is the sort of Solicitor you want on your Team . Couldn't praise her work more.

We recently used Kingsfords Solicitors for our house purchase and were extremely happy with their excellent service and level of efficiency. Through the whole process they kept us informed at every step, explained all legal details and delivered on time. They were always prompt in responding to our queries. We are grateful to Catherine for her effort and we highly recommend the firm.
