We had a challenging conveyancing experience due to selling a property with a Lease agreement attached yet owning the Freehold to hold building. Fiona was aware of the difficulties we would encounter and did her best to keep us informed. We hadn’t fully appreciated how complex a sale it was going to be and emotionally it was difficult as it was a much longer process than we expected but Fiona explained we had to count the Banks Solicitors as an extra step in our otherwise relatively short chain. Fiona consulted her team on a few of the issues we encountered and relayed hers and her principles understanding of what we needed to do to achieve our goals of sale and purchase. Would we use Fiona at Baldwin and Robinson again? Yes. Why? Because although the majority of the process was straightforward Fiona came into her own when it wasn’t, by highlighting concerns advising us to seek specialist input but most of all. We would use Fiona and B&R again because she cared enough about getting us a resolution and was honest about the things she wasn’t sure of but connected us to other professionals and the people who could advise us to obtain answers which ultimately resulted in us selling our property and buying our dream home.

Took a little while nobody's fault at BP,the seller delayed Great work by Reema and your whole team

We had signed with Taylor & Emmet whiles selling our house but we're getting nowhere, it was getting really frustrating not getting a response to emails or any news. We had no option but to Try a different solicitors, I passed Roy's office while on a walk through Dronfield and thought I would check thier reviews online, the reviews were great so I nipped in the next day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease from the start, we got more information in the 20 mins we were sat with him than we got over 3 weeks with Taylor & Emmet. He was good at keeping us informed and worked very hard to sort out the issues with the lease hold company who only seem to answer thier phones once a month for 30 mins 😞. Overall we were very pleased with the service and would use him again without hesitation 😀 keep up the good work!

Would recommend this firm, always able to get through on the phone and able to provide an update each time. Friendly and knowledgeable team - no complaints 😊
