“I arranged to speak to Andrew Campbell to discuss an on-going domestic issue linked to a property. Throughout the meeting Andrew was attentive, made sure he fully understood the situation, and my concerns, while providing a detailed breakdown of options available to me. At no time did I feel pushed into a course of action. Overall the service I recieved was excellent.”

“We can not thank the amazing team at Howard and Over enough for all their help with our sale and Purchase. Danielle and Neil worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale and purchase went through smoothly. We were selling a shared ownership property which is not a straight forward process, But both Danielle and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive. The whole team were quick to answer queries and nothing was ever too much for them. They kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. We completed both the purchase and sale on the same day and it was seamless for us which is a credit to them as I know there were delays in the background but they were sorted quickly by Danielle who was on the ball every step of the way. Would recommend them both and the wider team. They are efficient and friendly, and their communication was excellent. I am one of those who likes to know what’s going on and they were always happy to update me. They are a credit to their profession.”

“Kirsty handled the sale of my later Fathers property on our behalf. My dealings with Kirsty (and her deputy) were always excellent and they were very friendly and efficient throughout the transaction.”

“Everything moved very quickly. Amy and the residential conveyancing team were very reassuring and helpful. The app was superb - I wish we had known about this for our last house purchase - seriously impressed with that. Highly recommended.”

“I was recommended Holley & Steer through my estate agents and am so glad I instructed them for both my house sale and onward purchase. Kim gave me clear and regular updates at every step and I felt well informed and valued throughout the whole process. ”
