Right to Manage is the process by which eligible leaseholders of a block or building can take over the management of the property from the landlord, under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. A solicitor will assess eligibility, help form a Right to Manage company, prepare and serve the formal notices, and guide the transfer of management duties, service charges, and contracts to the new manager through the statutory steps.
