It is refreshing to know that with every question and every panic I had, Tricia was always available on the phone and answered emails very quickly to put our minds at rest. It was nice to know that Tricia and the whole AD team genuinely had our best interests at heart.

Very satisfied with a great level of service with pleasant and helpful staff, so much so that we have returned for a sale and purchase of property also we reviewed and updated our Wills with you. A very positive experience all round.

I had a very stressful situation to resolve and Mark Feely and his team held my hand all the way through. The process was resolved swiftly and successfully. Wouldn’t consider ever using anyone else. Well done guys and girls - keep up the good work.

I’ve worked with Fiona over the last few years on several residential property purchases through my company, and she has always been excellent to deal with. She is professional, efficient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication is always clear and timely, and she makes what can be a stressful process much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor.

We were very grateful that Anne took the time to visit us at home on her day off when things went very wrong.

Many thanks to Annabelle O'Higgins and Jazmine Grant for all of their amazing hard work during the purchase of my first house! Annabelle and Jazmine were extremely professional, patient and kind, communicating and explaining things throughout the whole process to me and working diligently to secure an exchange and completion date as soon as they possibly could. I have recommended them both to a number of other people currently buying properties and requiring a solicitor. Thanks again!

I can not recommend BMTC LLP enough. We were in the very capable hands of Mrs Jordan Harrison. Nothing was too much for her. She was brilliant. Jordan was always there at the end of email/phone when needed. When our sale started to slow down, Jordan chased it and pushed it through. If you are looking for a conveyancer to assist with your move I would recommend you use Jordan.

I used Claire for the sale of my flat which is share of freehold and the purchase of my new house. My flat is share of freehold and Claire was excellent at communicating with the co-freeholders who are slow to respond and required a proactive approach to get the sale through. I have since recommended Claire to my Mum who also sold and purchased and we both couldn't be happier with the service we received.
