From the outset, he made me feel reassured and confident that everything was being handled properly and that my sale was in good hands. He was always responsive, kept me well informed throughout the process, and took the time difference into account to help avoid any unnecessary delays. We recently used Mark for both the sale of our leasehold property and the purchase of our new home, and we were extremely pleased with the service throughout. The process was not always straightforward, but Mark was professional, efficient and reassuring from start to finish. Communication was excellent — emails and calls were answered promptly, and everything was explained clearly. We especially appreciated how proactive Mark was in chasing enquiries and keeping both transactions moving, which helped reduce a lot of the stress involved in moving house. Mark Normansell picked up this case half way through and was very helpful in finally resolving my situation. He was efficient , returned my calls and was easy to deal with. When things took significantly longer than expected, he was tenacious in chasing the other party.
