Consistently Excellent Service – Four Years On I first used DFA Law around four years ago and left a positive review at the time. Having now returned to them for another property transaction, I am genuinely pleased to say that the same high standard of service is still there. Natalie Grant handled my recent matters with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care throughout. Communication was always clear, responses were prompt, and everything was dealt with smoothly from start to finish. I had two linked property transactions to complete, and Natalie managed everything extremely well. What made it even more reassuring was that the estate agent also commented on how impressed they were with the way Natalie and DFA Law handled the transaction. I wait in vain for a call back from my urgent enquiry almost a week ago. I phoned twice, the first time to be told the team members were in a meeting. Their representative promised to email the details of my case to them and that the team would decide upon the most appropriate member to take on my case, and reply. One and a half hours later with no response and 10 minutes before their closing time, I phoned again to be told that I would get the call soonest the next morning. No such call came. I chose DFA simply because of their marketing leaflet found in the hospital bereavement pack after my mother’s death. The extravagant claims made in that leaflet bear no relation to the reality of their dismal response. Needless to say, I have found an alternative company who have the courtesy to reply, respond and deal with my enquiry efficiently.
