Outstanding work from Tessa and Jo at Borneo Martell
We have used Borneo Martell for a number of conveyances now, and their performance has been consistently excellent. For the last 4 conveyances we have used the team of Jo Martin (lawyer) and Tessa Collins (conveyancing assistant), and we specifically request them. The majority of our communication is with Tessa, who is extremely efficient, knowledgable and engaging. Mostly we have corresponded by email, and Tessa invariably responds in a day or so. If something pressing has arisen and I phone, she either takes the call if she is available, or calls back as soon as she is free. Although our dealings with Jo have been infrequent, I am aware of all the legal work she is doing in the background. The sale of this property went through very smoothly, and we were impressed - as always - with the combination of Jo and Tessa. There may be cheaper solicitors available, but for reliability, thoroughness and communication skills, I would not go anywhere else.

It was a good experience Mohammed explained everything to me he was clear and was on the ball all the time. I wouldn't have come to this company hadn't it not been because of Mohamed being employed here as I've known him since young age and it was the honesty between us that made me ask him to represent me as my solicitor
