I cannot thank Joe Matthews conveyancing Execuctive enough for his outstanding support. Joe originally helped me purchase a lovely retirement home, and it was absolutely perfect for me. However, I later decided to move back to Jamaica, so I needed to sell the property while no longer living in the UK. Understandably, I was feeling very stressed about managing the sale from overseas, but Joe made the whole process so much easier. We were first time buyers and Claire was recommended to us. Since initial contact to securing the keys to our home Claire and her team communicated brilliantly and we always felt reasurred that things were in hand and progressing. While I consider myself reasonably intelligent single femaile in many areas of life, the language of property law rendered me spectacularly and rather humbly clueless. Fortunately, I had William. From the outset, William demonstrated an exceptional combination of professionalism, patience and genuine kindness. No question was ever treated as foolish, no matter how elementary it undoubtedly seemed, and he possessed the rare ability to translate impenetrable legal jargon into language that was both clear and reassuring. He never rushed me, never made me feel inadequate, and consistently went far beyond what I would have expected from a solicitor. There were moments during the purchase when the process felt so overwhelming that I genuinely considered walking away altogether. Had it not been for William's calm guidance, unwavering support and quiet confidence, I very much doubt I would have completed the purchase. What has impressed me even more is that, years after completion, William continues to respond to the occasional query with the very same generosity of spirit and willingness to help. That level of professional integrity is increasingly rare and speaks volumes about both his character and his commitment to his clients. Competence can be taught; genuine care cannot. William possesses both in abundance. We cannot recommend our solicitors highly enough. Joe and Jimmy were absolutely exceptional throughout both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, professional, proactive and always completely in control of the process. We received regular updates and were kept fully informed at every stage, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. They were friendly, approachable and so easy to deal with. Their proactive communication and attention to detail were outstanding, particularly in the lead-up to exchange and completion, on completion day itself, and even after completion. However, I later decided to move back to Jamaica, so I needed to sell the property while no longer living in the UK.
