    William Marston-Llewellyn has been helping us for almost one year with our property roller coaster purchases and licence to alter. The first property we tried to purchase had some lease issues that he spotted and even if the estate agents where trying to push for the sale to go through he only cared about our legal safety. He is very meticoulous and if you choose him as your convenceyer you will be in good hands.       William Marston-Llewellyn has been helping us for almost one year with our property roller coaster purchases and licence to alter. The first property we tried to purchase had some lease issues that he spotted and even if the estate agents where trying to push for the sale to go through he only cared about our legal safety. He is very meticoulous and if you choose him as your convenceyer you will be in good hands. I also wanted to day thank you to Kasra who has covered for him when he was on annual leave, very fast and effective work. No doubt we will be contacting William again if we need to do any other property purchases and we will be recommending him and the firm.
